Fall Retreat 2018
Join the Cru movements in Charlottesville and Lynchburg for the biggest event of the semester! This weekend is centered around growing closer as a community and connecting deeply with God.
Gather around the bonfires, worship together, take part in Men’s and Women’s times, walk along the prayer journey, compete in the cornhole & can jam tournament, play volleyball, hear from talented speakers and so much more!
- When: Friday evening on Sept 28th-Sunday early afternoon on Sept 30th
- Where: Eagle Eyrie Conference Center located in Lynchburg, VA.
- Rides: Rides will be organized by Cru staff. Please indicate if you can drive when you register.
- What to Bring: Sleeping bag or sheets for bunk beds, notebook, Bible, towel, toiletries, money or food for Friday night dinner.
Holly Melton is an author, speaker and ministry coach with Cru. She’s been on staff with Cru for 19 years, and has traveled to 29 countries investing in others and leading teams all over the world. Holly has written a book on how to understand how to follow the Holy Spirit as you engage with others around you. She just moved to Arizona with her husband Matt and two kids, Carter and Briella. Some of her more interesting adventures included: hiking the glaciers of New Zealand, sand boarding down the sand dunes of Yemen, being present in Ciro, Egypt during the revolution, living in China during a time revival was taking place in her city, helping with Tsunami relief in Thailand, and debating Muslims in London at Trafalgar Square.
The cost is $100, if you register before 9/21! Afterwards, late registration price is $125.
If it is your first time at Fall Retreat, it’s just $75 for you!
